Equipment will be provided and optional; opening this class up to every fitness level!
AMPD PowerFlow – AMPDPOWER FLOW is the newest fitness format that will give you a workout experience like never before. This program, created by Kettlebell AMPD, fuses together kettlebells, resistance bands, and yoga inspired movements. AMPD Power Flow delivers a calorie burning low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility, all while moving to fun, flowy music.
TRX – TRX Bodyweight Suspension Training may sound and look intimidating, but it is actually one of the easiest pieces of equipment to modify. The TRX trainers are one of the best ways to strengthen and tone at any fitness level. Always hitting arms, legs, and core the class style will vary each session.
Strength & Circuit* – Based on the FMS principles, join a class that will teach you how your body was made to function and move, feel how your strength and quality of life improve week by week. A class like no other where mobility and range of motion are the priority. Be able to do the activities you love to do and discover your true strength.
